Returns and Refunds: At Lindsey Nicole Creations, we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after you receive it. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. After 14 days, all sales are final.

 

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.

 

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. 

 

Custom Orders: Custom orders are not currently available but are in our plans for the future.
